The facility features four application centers, test kitchens, a taste test research room, a showroom and new office space. The transformative converted a primarily utilized storage area to a modern and highly-stylized research, development, marketing and sales center for its U.S. corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois. In 2021, the facility was named one of Crain's Chicago's Coolest Offices.

This research, development and innovation center marks the second facility AG体育官方网站 Construction has completed for Flavorchem. The first project completed in 2011 which achieved LEED-Silver Certification, included the interior and exterior renovation and building addition for lab, manufacturing and office space.
