Interior renovations of two existing brick buildings which included a delivery station and interior parking garage for a large national e-commerce provider. The brick and structural steel distribution center was once a Lowe鈥檚 and Sam鈥檚 Club and now includes 906 total parking stalls with 15 loading docks.
