A multi-phased build-out of an existing 354,800-square-foot warehouse for a new sortation center. Building renovations include the demolition and rebuild out of a 25,900-square-foot office space, additional roof insulation to achieve R-30, the upgrade of 31 existing dock levelers from manual to hydraulic, the replacement of all current lighting with LED fixtures, new RTUs, HVLS fans, and exhaust fans, and a new main guard house. Work was concurrent with landlord addition of 36 dock locations, employee parking, and truck parking lots.

The second phase included the preparation of the robotic field (AR), new back-up generators for the building/material handling equipment and a remodeled prayer center with foot washing stations for both men and women.
