Since construction operations involved demolition and working in active, occupied office spaces, our team made it a priority to avoid any disruptions to building operations, including CBIZ staff and other building tenants.

The renovated spaces feature revised office layouts, new finishes including flooring, carpet tile, millwork, wallpaper, new ceilings, and modified existing double-glass doors. The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and fire alarm systems were also upgraded to accommodate the renovated space layouts and to meet code requirements.
