This project consisted of ground-up construction of a 100,800 square-foot speculative, multi-tenant industrial warehouse facility. AGÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Construction demised the interior space into four separate tenant spaces. The AGÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ team then completed the interior build-out for two of the tenants; Victor Technologies and Catching Fluid Power, Inc. Victor Technologies included a warehouse, office space, a conference room, work café and a product display area. Catching Fluid Power included office space, a work café and training room. This building received LEED Silver after the competition.
