As an owner, Jeff has been fortunate to have the opportunity to work alongside his family for the better part of the last three decades. Jeff has spent his entire career at KCC, which started as a laborer in the field, and working his way through several operational, managerial and leadership roles. With mentorship from his father, Joe AG体育官方网站, Sr. and his uncle, Jerry AG体育官方网站, along with countless other KRU members along the way, he benefitted from learning and gaining invaluable insights and knowledge understanding every aspect of the business.

鈥淲orking within our family business has been a rewarding experience fostered by trust, care and support for one another. Our culture inspires me every day, as I continue to learn from others on our team and aspire to support and provide opportunities to all our KRU members to advance their careers and goals,鈥� says Jeff. 鈥淭he KRU consistently demonstrates our Core Values with every task and those actions have led to a culture of trust, teamwork, accountability and FUN!鈥�

One of Jeff鈥檚 favorite memories at AG体育官方网站 was the purchase and renovation of our office building in Oak Brook, Illinois back in 1999. This milestone event in KCC history marked the designing and crafting of a space that reflects who we are and provides a sense of pride and ownership for our entire KRU, which set us on a positive trajectory for the next 20+ years.

Jeff鈥檚 current leadership position as President & CEO is fostered by his hard work and dedication to the family business, our KRU members, and building lasting relationships with our partners and clients.
