My favorite memory is KCC鈥檚 50th Anniversary celebration. Reaching that milestone is a rare achievement in today鈥檚 business world, and being part of the company for 28.5 of those 50 years made it incredibly meaningful to me. It was a celebration not just of longevity, but of everything we鈥檝e built together over the years.

I love learning, and I continue to learn something new here nearly every day. Everyone brings unique experiences that create opportunities to teach and learn from each other. Working closely with so many dedicated people has given me insight into different perspectives鈥攁nd the chance to share my own. I鈥檝e come to really value a mindset of service, and I take a lot of pride in passing on some of my 30 years of institutional knowledge to help others grow.
